Description

Quick no-cook appetizer made with mini sweet peppers, cream cheese, and everything bagel seasoning.


Ingredients

8 ounces mini sweet peppers (about 8–12 peppers)

7 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning, or more to taste


Instructions

1. Wash the mini sweet peppers and pat them dry.

2. Slice each pepper in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.

3. Spoon or spread the cream cheese into each pepper half.

4. Sprinkle the filled peppers evenly with everything bagel seasoning.

5. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Allow the cream cheese to soften before filling the peppers for easier spreading.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
