Ingredients
1 package (22 ounces) frozen fully cooked beef meatballs
1 jar (12 ounces) orange marmalade
1/4 cup orange juice
3 green onions, chopped, divided
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
Instructions
1. Cook the meatballs according to the package directions until heated through.
2. While the meatballs cook, add the orange marmalade, orange juice, half of the chopped green onions, and the jalapeño to a small saucepan.
3. Warm the sauce over medium-low heat, stirring until the marmalade melts and the mixture is smooth and slightly glossy.
4. Transfer the hot meatballs to a serving dish or bowl.
5. Pour the orange glaze over the meatballs and gently stir until they are evenly coated.
6. Sprinkle the remaining green onions over the top and serve warm.
Notes
Adjust jalapeño for desired spice level.
