Description

Crispy baked French fries loaded with melted cheddar and mozzarella cheese, crispy turkey bacon, green onions, and served with ranch dressing.


Ingredients

2 pounds frozen regular-cut French fries

1 teaspoon seasoned salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

6 slices turkey bacon, diced and cooked until crispy

2 tablespoons sliced green onions

1 cup ranch dressing, for serving


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.

2. Shred the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses if not already shredded. Slice the green onions and set aside.

3. Dice the turkey bacon and cook in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain if needed and set aside.

4. Spread the frozen French fries in a single layer on a large baking sheet.

5. Bake for 24 to 28 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

6. Remove the fries from the oven and transfer them to a serving platter or oven-safe dish.

7. Season the fries evenly with the seasoned salt and black pepper.

8. Sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the fries.

9. Return the fries to the oven and bake for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted.

10. Top with the crispy turkey bacon and sliced green onions.

11. Serve immediately with ranch dressing on the side.
