Ingredients
25 ounces pretzel sticks
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup canola oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 220°F.
2. Spread the pretzel sticks evenly across a large rimmed baking sheet.
3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, canola oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley flakes until well combined.
4. Pour the seasoning mixture over the pretzels and gently toss until all of the pretzels are evenly coated.
5. Sprinkle half of the grated Parmesan cheese over the pretzels and toss again.
6. Add the remaining Parmesan cheese and stir until evenly distributed.
7. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking to ensure even coating and crispness.
