12 ounces egg noodles
1 1/2 cups milk
1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
2 cans (5 ounces each) tuna in water, drained
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream or mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley, plus more for garnish
1/4 teaspoon onion powder

3. Cook the egg noodles until al dente, then drain well.
4. Add the noodles to the baking dish. Stir in the milk, soups, tuna, peas, cheddar cheese, sour cream, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, and salt until evenly combined.
5. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the top.
6. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the edges are bubbling.
7. Broil for about 1 minute, watching closely, until the topping is golden.
8. Garnish with extra dried parsley before serving, if desired.
Notes
Do not overcook the noodles to avoid a mushy texture.
You can substitute mayonnaise for sour cream for a richer flavor.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
