Ingredients
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
10 ounces canned white chicken breast, well drained
1 ounce ranch seasoning mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup finely chopped pecans
Instructions
1. Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature until smooth and easy to mix.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, drained chicken, ranch seasoning mix, mayonnaise, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until evenly blended and creamy.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to develop and mixture to firm.
4. Lay plastic wrap on the counter and spoon the chilled mixture into the center.
5. Gather plastic wrap and shape into a smooth ball, twisting the top to tighten.
6. Spread chopped pecans on a plate. Unwrap and roll cheese ball in pecans, pressing lightly to adhere.
7. Transfer to a serving plate and serve chilled with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables.
