Description

Delicious baked sliders packed with crispy chicken, marinara, and melted cheese.


Ingredients

24 ounces frozen breaded chicken tenders

12 sweet dinner rolls

14 slices provolone cheese, divided

24 ounces marinara sauce

1/2 cup butter

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons minced fresh basil


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and cook chicken tenders according to package directions.

2. Slice rolls in half and place bottoms in greased baking dish.

3. Layer 8 slices provolone and bake until melted.

4. Spread half marinara, add chicken, then remaining sauce and cheese.

5. Place tops on rolls.

6. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and pepper flakes, brush over rolls, sprinkle Parmesan.

7. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and heated through.

8. Top with basil and serve.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker variation.

Hawaiian rolls add a sweeter flavor.

Serve with extra marinara.
