Ingredients
1 (15-ounce) can whole corn, drained
1 (15-ounce) can creamed corn
1 (8.5-ounce) box corn muffin mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch baking dish.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained corn, creamed corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, melted butter, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until everything is well blended.
3. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
4. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, until the top turns golden and the center is fully set.
5. Allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving for the best texture.
