Description
A creamy and comforting chicken casserole loaded with turkey bacon, broccoli, ranch dressing, and melted cheese.
Ingredients
4 cups cooked boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed or shredded
8 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
5 cups broccoli florets
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the broccoli and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, just until bright green and slightly tender. Drain well.
3. In a large bowl, stir together the chicken, turkey bacon, garlic, ranch dressing, broccoli, 1/4 cup mozzarella, and 1/4 cup cheddar until evenly combined.
4. Spread the mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the top.
5. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the casserole is hot, bubbly, and the cheese is melted.
Notes
Drain the broccoli thoroughly to avoid excess moisture.
Rotisserie chicken works perfectly for faster preparation.
For a crispier cheesy top, broil briefly before serving.
