Description

Crispy baked parmesan potato wedges with garlic seasoning and golden cheesy edges make the perfect side dish or appetizer.


Ingredients

3 to 4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges

4 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Optional: chopped fresh parsley and your favorite creamy dipping sauce


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a large baking sheet.

2. Place the potato wedges in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss until evenly coated.

3. In a small bowl, stir together the salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

4. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and toss well. Add the seasoning mixture and toss again until the wedges are evenly covered.

5. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.

6. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden, crisp on the edges, and tender when pierced with a fork.

7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve warm with a dipping sauce.

Notes

For crispier wedges, avoid overcrowding the baking sheet.

Serve immediately for the best texture.
