Ingredients
3 pounds chicken thighs (about 6–8 pieces)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil to make cleanup easier.
2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to help them crisp up during baking.
3. Place the chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over them, then rub it in so each piece is evenly coated.
4. In a small bowl, combine the salt, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and paprika.
5. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken thighs.
6. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
7. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, ensure the chicken is completely dry before seasoning. Avoid overcrowding the pan.
