Ingredients
16 ounces goat cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons panko breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
1. Add the goat cheese and sour cream to a food processor. Blend until smooth, fluffy, and fully combined, about 30 seconds.
2. Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the panko and cook, stirring often, until golden and crisp, about 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Stir in the chopped parsley and remove the skillet from the heat.
4. Spoon the whipped goat cheese into a shallow serving bowl and spread it evenly.
5. Sprinkle the crispy breadcrumb topping over the dip.
6. Serve right away with fresh vegetables, toasted bread, and crackers.
Notes
