Description
Creamy Alfredo sauce, Cajun-spiced chicken, and melted Parmesan layered over buttery garlic bread and baked until golden.
Ingredients
1 loaf Italian or French bread
6 chicken tenderloins (about 1 pound) or 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
2 teaspoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Drizzle chicken with olive oil and Cajun seasoning, toss to coat.
3. Cook chicken in skillet 4–5 minutes per side until fully cooked. Rest and slice.
4. In same skillet melt butter, sauté garlic 30 seconds.
5. Add heavy cream and Cajun seasoning, simmer 5 minutes.
6. Stir in Parmesan until smooth. Season to taste.
7. Mix softened butter, garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes.
8. Slice bread lengthwise and spread garlic butter evenly. Bake 5–10 minutes.
9. Top with half Parmesan, sliced chicken, remaining cheese, and Alfredo sauce.
10. Bake 5–10 minutes until melted and golden. Broil 1–2 minutes if desired.
11. Slice and serve warm with extra Alfredo sauce.
Notes
Use sturdy bread to prevent sogginess.
Do not oversauce to keep texture balanced.
