Description

Creamy, cheesy stuffed biscuit bites filled with shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, and melted cheddar. Perfect for dinner or appetizers.

Ingredients

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

3 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix, divided

2 tablespoons chopped green onions

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

2 tablespoons melted butter

1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, 1 cup cheddar, 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.

3. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.

4. Spoon filling into the center of each biscuit. Fold edges over and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.

5. Mix remaining ranch seasoning with melted butter. Brush over tops and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

6. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.

7. Cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.

Seal biscuits tightly to prevent filling from leaking.

Serve warm for best texture and flavor.
