Description
Crispy oven-baked chicken wings tossed in rich garlic butter and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Perfect for game day, parties, or an easy appetizer.
Ingredients
2 pounds chicken wings
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon baking powder (optional)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
5 garlic cloves, finely minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and baking powder.
3. Pat wings dry, toss with seasoning and olive oil.
4. Arrange in single layer and bake 45 minutes, flipping halfway.
5. Melt butter, add garlic and cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in parsley.
6. Remove wings, toss with garlic butter, sprinkle Parmesan.
7. Return to oven 5 minutes until cheese melts slightly. Serve hot.
Notes
For extra crispiness, refrigerate seasoned wings uncovered for 1–2 hours before baking.
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor and texture.
Reheat in oven to maintain crispiness.
