Description

Parmesan Chicken Nugget Pops are a quick and cheesy Italian-American inspired dinner made with crispy baked chicken nuggets, marinara sauce, and melted mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

24 frozen chicken nuggets

1 cup marinara sauce

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cooked spaghetti or rice, for serving (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Arrange the frozen chicken nuggets in a single layer on the baking sheet.

3. Bake for 10 minutes, then flip each nugget.

4. Spoon marinara sauce evenly over the nuggets. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top.

5. Bake for 6 to 9 more minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. Broil for 1 minute for a crispier finish, watching closely.

7. Serve warm over spaghetti or rice, or with a simple salad.

Notes

Bake nuggets first before adding sauce to keep them crisp.

Do not overload with sauce to avoid sogginess.

Broil briefly for a golden, bubbly top.

Store leftovers refrigerated for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven for best texture.
