Description

Soft golden breadstick bombs filled with creamy chicken Alfredo, smoky bacon, and melted cheese. Perfect for parties, snacks, or comforting family dinners.

Ingredients

1 package refrigerated pizza dough

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup Alfredo sauce

1/2 cup finely diced cooked turkey

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 4-by-4-inch squares.

3. In a mixing bowl combine shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, diced turkey, mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

4. Stir until the mixture becomes creamy and evenly combined.

5. Place a generous spoonful of the filling into the center of each dough square.

6. Bring the corners of the dough together and pinch the seams tightly to seal into a ball.

7. Arrange seam-side down on the baking sheet.

8. Brush the tops with beaten egg.

9. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.

10. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Make sure seams are tightly sealed to prevent filling from leaking.

Rotisserie chicken works great for quick preparation.

Serve with marinara or garlic butter dipping sauce.
