Description

Ham Delights are warm baked sliders made with sweet dinner rolls, turkey, Gouda cheese, and a creamy Dijon spread. Finished with butter and everything bagel seasoning, these easy sliders are perfect for parties, snacks, or quick family meals.

Ingredients

Cooking spray

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon pure maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt, divided

1 package (12 ounces) sweet dinner rolls

12 thin slices deli turkey breast (about 8 ounces total)

6 slices Gouda cheese (about 4 ounces total), halved

1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

2 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly coat a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set it aside.

2. In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, and 1/4 teaspoon of the flaky sea salt until smooth.

3. Using a long serrated knife, slice the entire slab of dinner rolls horizontally so you have a connected top layer and bottom layer.

4. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the cut side of both the top and bottom halves of the rolls.

5. Arrange the turkey slices evenly over the bottom layer of rolls, folding the slices if needed to fit.

6. Place the cheese pieces over the turkey so the sliders are evenly covered.

7. Place the top half of the rolls back over the filling.

8. Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter.

9. Sprinkle evenly with everything bagel seasoning and the remaining 1/4 teaspoon of flaky sea salt.

10. Transfer the assembled sliders to the prepared baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.

11. Bake for 8 minutes.

12. Remove the foil and continue baking for 5 to 7 minutes more until the cheese is melted and the tops are lightly golden.

13. Remove from the oven and serve warm.

Notes

Keep the rolls connected when slicing to make assembly easier.

Gouda melts smoothly and adds a mild nutty flavor, but Swiss or provolone can also work well.

These sliders can be assembled several hours ahead and baked just before serving.
