Description

Creamy, rich, and packed with flavor, this Garlic Parmesan Beef Pasta is the ultimate 30-minute skillet dinner. Featuring tender rotini, seasoned ground beef, and a garlic-Parmesan cream sauce, it’s a comforting weeknight favorite you’ll want to make again and again.

Ingredients

10 ounces dried rotini pasta

1 pound ground beef

½ cup finely chopped onion

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ cup beef broth

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Season with garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and onion powder. Cook, breaking up the meat, until the beef is fully browned and the onion is soft. Drain excess fat if needed.

3. Return the skillet to medium heat and pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Let the sauce simmer for 3–5 minutes, stirring often, until slightly thickened.

4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until evenly coated in the creamy sauce.

5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Stir in parsley if using, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra richness, you can stir in a spoonful of cream cheese or a splash of whole milk if the sauce thickens too much after sitting. This recipe also works well with bowtie pasta, penne, or rigatoni.
