Description
Juicy garlic butter chicken skewers made with yogurt-marinated chicken and brushed with rich garlic parsley butter. Ready in 30 minutes.
Ingredients
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized cubes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons freshly grated garlic, divided
1/2 cup plain, unsweetened yogurt
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
1. Cut the chicken breasts into evenly sized cubes and thread onto skewers.
2. In a bowl, combine chicken with salt, paprika, onion powder, black pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic, and yogurt. Mix well and marinate 10 minutes.
3. Heat skillet over medium heat and lightly grease if needed.
4. Cook skewers about 6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
5. Melt butter and stir in remaining garlic and parsley.
6. Brush garlic butter over skewers and return to pan 1 minute per side.
7. Serve warm.
Notes
Ensure chicken pieces are evenly sized for consistent cooking.
Do not overcrowd the skillet.
Internal temperature should reach 165°F.
Optional: sprinkle parmesan before serving.
