Description
These baked pull-apart chicken sliders combine tender shredded chicken, mozzarella, red onion, and a Dijon butter glaze for the perfect party appetizer.
Ingredients
1 sheet slider rolls, sliced horizontally
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup unsalted butter
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Place bottom half of rolls inside.
2. Spread chicken evenly over the rolls, then top with mozzarella and sliced red onion.
3. Combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
4. Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
5. Melt butter with Dijon mustard in a saucepan until smooth.
6. Pour butter mixture over the rolls and brush to coat evenly. Sprinkle seasoning mix over the top.
7. Cover with foil and bake 15–20 minutes. Remove foil and bake 3–5 minutes more to brown.
8. Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep. These sliders can be assembled ahead and baked before serving. Adjust heat by increasing or reducing crushed red pepper.
