Ingredients
1 bag oyster crackers (9 to 10 ounces)
1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 ounce)
1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter, cooled slightly
1 teaspoon dried dill
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 250°F.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the ranch seasoning mix, oil, and dried dill until well combined.
3. Place the oyster crackers in a large mixing bowl.
4. Pour the seasoning mixture over the crackers and stir gently until the crackers are evenly coated.
5. Spread the crackers out in an even layer on a sheet pan.
6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the crackers are dry and crisp.
7. Let them cool before serving.
Notes
Use melted butter for richer flavor or vegetable oil for a lighter texture.
Store cooled crackers in an airtight container for up to one week.
