Description

Crispy oven-baked chicken wings coated in homemade ranch seasoning, golden brown and packed with bold herb flavor.


Ingredients

For the Homemade Ranch Seasoning:

4 tablespoons dried parsley

3 tablespoons dried chives

2 tablespoons dried dill

2 teaspoons onion powder

2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 teaspoons fine sea salt

2 teaspoons black pepper

For the Chicken Wings:

1 1/2 to 2 pounds split chicken wings, cleaned and patted dry

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons homemade ranch seasoning

1 tablespoon avocado oil

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Combine parsley, chives, dill, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make ranch seasoning.

3. Place wings in a large bowl and add salt, 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning, avocado oil, and red pepper flakes.

4. Toss until evenly coated.

5. Arrange wings in a single layer without overlapping.

6. Bake 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through.

7. Remove from oven, sprinkle with extra seasoning if desired, and serve hot.

Notes

Pat wings completely dry before seasoning for maximum crispiness.

Do not overcrowd the pan to avoid steaming.

Reheat at 425°F for 8–10 minutes to restore crisp texture.
