Ingredients
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
4 garlic cloves, finely crushed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a large baking dish.
2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and half of the Parmesan cheese until smooth and well combined.
3. Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer in the prepared baking dish. If they are thick, slice them horizontally so they cook evenly.
4. Spread the creamy garlic mixture evenly over the chicken.
5. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top, followed by the remaining Parmesan cheese.
6. Bake uncovered for 25–35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
7. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm with your favorite sides.
