Description
This creamy chicken ranch dip is warm, cheesy, and loaded with turkey bacon, cheddar, pimientos, and ranch seasoning. Perfect for parties or game day!
Ingredients
6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream, room temperature
2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
4 ounces diced pimientos, drained
6 green onions, thinly sliced and divided
Tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables, for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 1-quart baking dish and set it aside.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped turkey bacon, stirring often, until browned and lightly crisp, about 6–8 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
3. In a medium mixing bowl, stir the cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add the sour cream and ranch seasoning, mixing until fully combined.
4. Fold in 1 1/2 cups of the cheddar cheese, the cooked chicken, pimientos, most of the green onions (reserve a small handful for garnish), and all but about 1/4 cup of the turkey bacon.
5. Spoon the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and reserved turkey bacon over the top.
6. Bake on the center rack for 25–30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly around the edges.
7. Remove from the oven and finish with the remaining green onions. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
For extra spice, add a pinch of cayenne or diced jalapeños.
You can substitute rotisserie chicken to save prep time.
Leftovers can be refrigerated and reheated in the oven or microwave.
