Creamy Chicken Parmesan Dip is a rich, cheesy baked appetizer made with shredded chicken, cream cheese, Parmesan, and crunchy pecans. Perfect for parties and gatherings.
Ingredients
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Optional: chopped chives for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a small baking dish.
2. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise together until smooth and creamy.
3. Stir in 1/3 cup of the Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, dried onion, and red pepper flakes. Mix until fully combined.
4. Fold in the shredded chicken, making sure everything is evenly coated.
5. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the chopped pecans evenly over the top, then finish with the remaining 1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese.
6. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the dip is hot and bubbly.
7. Serve warm with corn chips or crackers. Garnish with chopped chives if desired.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor and melt.
This dip can be assembled one day ahead and baked before serving.
Reheat leftovers in the oven for best texture.
