Crack Chicken Pizza Rolls are creamy, cheesy pinwheels filled with ranch-seasoned chicken, turkey bacon, and cheddar, all wrapped in golden pizza dough. Perfect for parties and easy gatherings.
Ingredients
1 (1-ounce) packet ranch seasoning mix
12 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups cooked chicken, finely chopped
2 teaspoons milk
2 (13.8-ounce) tubes refrigerated pizza dough
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine ranch seasoning, cream cheese, turkey bacon, cheddar, chicken, and milk until smooth.
3. Unroll pizza dough onto a clean surface.
4. Spread filling evenly over dough, leaving a small border.
5. Roll tightly from the long side into logs.
6. Slice into about 32 rounds using a serrated knife.
7. Place cut-side up on baking sheet.
8. Bake 13–15 minutes until golden brown.
9. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Finely chop the chicken for even filling distribution.
Do not overfill to prevent unrolling.
