Description
Flaky puff pastry filled with creamy ranch chicken, cheddar cheese, and turkey bacon baked until golden and crisp.
Ingredients
1 (17.3-ounce) package puff pastry, thawed
1¾ cups cooked, chopped chicken
½ cup cooked, chopped turkey bacon
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
⅔ cup ranch dressing
1 large egg
1 tablespoon water
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Unfold puff pastry sheets and cut each into 9 equal squares.
3. Mix chicken, turkey bacon, cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing.
4. Spoon filling diagonally onto each square.
5. Fold opposite corners over filling and seal edges.
6. Whisk egg and water, brush tops with egg wash.
7. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Do not overfill pastries.
Keep puff pastry cold before baking.
Can be refrigerated before baking or frozen unbaked.
