Ingredients
1 (8-ounce) block feta cheese
1 small garlic clove
2 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup candied nuts, roughly chopped
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon orange or lemon zest
1 tablespoon honey for drizzling
Instructions
1. Add the feta cheese, garlic, cream cheese, and honey to a food processor.
2. Blend until the mixture becomes completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed.
3. Spoon the whipped feta onto a serving plate or shallow bowl and create gentle swirls with the back of a spoon.
4. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds, chopped candied nuts, and thyme evenly over the dip.
5. Finish with freshly ground black pepper, citrus zest, and a drizzle of honey.
6. Serve immediately with crackers, toasted bread, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
Use block feta in brine for the creamiest texture.
