Description
These Chicken Parmesan Biscuit Bombs combine tender chicken, melty mozzarella, and savory Parmesan wrapped in golden biscuit dough and baked to perfection.
Ingredients
1¼ cups chopped cooked chicken
¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1½ cups tomato basil pasta sauce, divided
1 can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (8-count)
4 slices mozzarella cheese, each cut into quarters
1 tablespoon butter, melted
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix chicken, Parmesan cheese, and ½ cup pasta sauce.
3. Separate biscuits and rest for 5 minutes, then open into deep pockets.
4. Place 2 mozzarella pieces inside each biscuit and add chicken mixture.
5. Seal dough completely, roll into balls, and place seam-side down.
6. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then brush over biscuits.
7. Bake for 19–23 minutes until puffed and golden.
8. Warm remaining sauce and serve on the side for dipping.
Notes
Avoid overfilling the biscuits to prevent leaking. Let them rest for a few minutes after baking before serving.
