Description
Chicken Loaded Fries made with spiced chicken, sautéed peppers, crispy fries, and melted mozzarella cheese.
Ingredients
1.1 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon mild red chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon tandoori seasoning
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, julienned
1 red bell pepper, julienned
2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 pound frozen French fries
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven and cook French fries according to package directions until golden and crisp.
2. In a large bowl, combine chicken with oil, garlic paste, chili powder, mild red chili powder, salt, turmeric, coriander, tandoori seasoning, lemon juice, and crushed red pepper flakes. Mix well.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 8–10 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
4. Add onion and bell peppers; cook 4–5 minutes until slightly tender.
5. Stir in tomato ketchup and mix evenly. Remove from heat.
6. Transfer hot fries to an oven-safe dish and spoon chicken mixture evenly over fries.
7. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
8. Broil 2–3 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
9. Sprinkle black pepper and serve immediately.
Notes
Watch carefully while broiling to prevent burning.
Adjust crushed red pepper flakes to control heat level.
