Description

Chicken Caesar Wrap made with fresh romaine, tender chicken breast, Parmesan cheese, and creamy Caesar dressing wrapped in a soft flour tortilla. Perfect for a quick lunch or easy dinner.


Ingredients

4 large (10-inch) flour tortillas

1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing, plus extra for serving

4 cups shredded romaine lettuce

16 ounces cooked chicken breast, shredded or sliced

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

1. Lay the tortillas flat on a clean work surface.

2. Spread 2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing evenly over the center of each tortilla.

3. Place 1 cup of shredded romaine lettuce down the middle of each tortilla.

4. Top the lettuce with about 4 ounces of cooked chicken.

5. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken.

6. Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap.

7. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap or parchment paper and refrigerate for a few minutes if desired to help them hold their shape.

8. Slice each wrap in half and serve with additional Caesar dressing on the side for dipping.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor.

Warm tortillas slightly if they feel stiff to prevent cracking.

For a crispy version, toast the assembled wrap in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side.
