Description
Crispy baked wonton cups filled with creamy chicken, ranch seasoning, melted cheese, and turkey bacon. Perfect party appetizer.
Ingredients
12 wonton wrappers
Cooking spray
1 cup cooked shredded chicken
1 cup shredded sharp white American cheese
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cooked chopped turkey bacon (or additional shredded chicken for a pork-free option)
1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
2 tablespoons shredded cheese, for topping
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. Lightly coat a standard 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray. Press one wonton wrapper into each cup to form a shell.
3. Lightly spray the tops of the wrappers and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp. Remove and cool slightly.
4. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, shredded cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, turkey bacon, and ranch seasoning. Stir until creamy.
5. Spoon filling evenly into baked cups and sprinkle with extra shredded cheese.
6. Bake another 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For extra crispiness, pre-bake the wrappers fully before adding filling.
You can substitute turkey bacon with extra shredded chicken for a pork-free option.
Best served warm for optimal texture.
