Description

Chicken Bacon Ranch Warm Dip is a creamy, cheesy baked appetizer loaded with tender chicken, crispy turkey bacon, ranch seasoning, and sharp cheddar. Perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

6 slices turkey bacon, chopped

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream, at room temperature

2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided

1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, finely chopped or shredded

4 ounces diced pimientos, drained

6 green onions, thinly sliced and divided

Tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh-cut vegetables, for serving

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Cook chopped turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 6 to 8 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

3. Stir softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream and ranch seasoning; whisk until combined.

4. Fold in 1 1/2 cups cheddar, cooked chicken, pimientos, 5 green onions, and all but 1/4 cup bacon.

5. Spread mixture into a 1-quart baking dish. Top with remaining cheddar and reserved bacon.

6. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.

7. Garnish with remaining green onions and serve warm.

Notes

Use freshly shredded cheddar for best melting texture.

Prepare mixture ahead and refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking.

Serve with sturdy chips or fresh vegetables for dipping.
