Chicken Bacon Ranch Tortellini made creamy and fast for easy dinners everyone enjoys tonight
Ingredients
- 1 (20-ounce) package cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked until crisp and chopped
- ¾ cup half-and-half
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons dry ranch-style seasoning
- 1½ teaspoons garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook the tortellini according to package directions, then drain and return it to the pot.
- While the pasta cooks, heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the turkey bacon until crisp. Transfer to a plate and chop once slightly cooled.
- Add the cooked chicken, chopped turkey bacon, half-and-half, mozzarella cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the pot with the tortellini.
- Place the pot over low heat and stir gently until the cheese melts and everything is evenly coated and warmed through.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve hot.
