Ingredients

  • 1 (20-ounce) package cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

  • 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked until crisp and chopped
  •

  • ¾ cup half-and-half
  •  
  •  
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  •  
  •  
  • 2 tablespoons dry ranch-style seasoning
  •  
  •  
  • 1½ teaspoons garlic powder
  •  
  •  
  • Salt, to taste
  •  
  •  
  • Black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook the tortellini according to package directions, then drain and return it to the pot.

  • While the pasta cooks, heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the turkey bacon until crisp. Transfer to a plate and chop once slightly cooled.
