Description
Creamy ranch, tender chicken, smoky bacon, and melted mozzarella come together in this easy homemade pizza that’s ready in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients
1 pound pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
2/3 cup ranch dressing
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded
1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for brushing crust)
1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it heats.
2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a 13- to 15-inch circle. Transfer the dough to a pizza pan or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. If desired, lightly brush the outer edge of the crust with olive oil to encourage browning.
4. Spread the ranch dressing evenly over the surface of the dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.
5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the ranch layer.
6. Scatter the cooked chicken pieces evenly across the top of the cheese.
7. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with dried parsley if desired, then slice and serve.
Notes
Store leftover pizza in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat slices in the oven or air fryer to keep the crust crisp.
