This Chicken Bacon Ranch Nacho Tray is layered with ranch-flavored tortilla chips, juicy chicken, turkey bacon, and melted Colby Jack cheese, then finished with ranch dressing and fresh toppings for the ultimate crowd-pleasing appetizer.
Ingredients
14.5-ounce bag ranch-flavored tortilla chips
3 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed
6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
4 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
1/4 cup ranch dressing, for topping
1/4 cup pickled red onions
1ā2 jalapeƱos, sliced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. Spread half of the tortilla chips evenly onto a large sheet pan.
3. Sprinkle half of the cooked chicken, chopped turkey bacon, and shredded cheese over the chips.
4. Add a second layer with the remaining chips, chicken, turkey bacon, and cheese.
5. Bake for 10ā12 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
6. Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle ranch dressing over the top.
7. Garnish with pickled red onions, sliced jalapeƱos, and chopped cilantro or parsley.
8. Serve right away while warm and melty.
