Ingredients

9 ounces refrigerated cheese ravioli

15 ounces creamy Alfredo-style sauce

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped

1/2 cup grated Parmesan-style cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella-style cheese

Salt and black pepper, to taste


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Position the oven rack in the upper third of the oven.

2. Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish. Spread about one-third of the sauce evenly across the bottom.

3. Arrange half of the ravioli in a single layer over the sauce.

4. Evenly scatter the chicken over the ravioli, then spoon another third of the sauce on top.

5. Add the remaining ravioli in an even layer and finish with the rest of the sauce.

6. Sprinkle the Parmesan-style cheese evenly over the top, followed by the mozzarella-style cheese.

7. Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes, until the dish is hot and bubbling.

8. For a lightly golden top, broil for 2–3 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.

9. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
