Description

Chicken Alfredo Nacho Skillet combines shredded buffalo chicken, crispy tortilla chips, melted Colby Jack cheese, ranch drizzle, and fresh celery for a bold and easy baked appetizer.

Ingredients

2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken

1/2 cup buffalo sauce

3 to 4 cups tortilla chips

2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup diced celery

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

2. In a small bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Stir until evenly coated.

3. Spread half of the tortilla chips in a small oven-safe skillet.

4. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the chips.

5. Spoon half of the buffalo chicken mixture on top.

6. Repeat layers with remaining chips, cheese, and chicken.

7. Bake for about 12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

8. Remove from oven and drizzle ranch dressing on top.

9. Sprinkle with diced celery.

10. Serve immediately while warm.

Notes

Layering cheese between chips helps prevent sogginess.

Serve immediately for best texture.

Adjust buffalo sauce heat level to preference.
