This Chicken Alfredo Nacho Bake is a creamy-meets-crunchy comfort food fusion. Tortilla chips are loaded with hot, cheesy chicken Alfredo, then topped with Roma tomatoes, olives, and green onions for a satisfying, shareable bake.
Ingredients
3 cups tortilla chips
1 cup cooked chicken Alfredo, shredded or chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons diced Roma tomatoes
2 tablespoons sliced black olives
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Prepare the chicken Alfredo according to your preferred method until hot and creamy.
3. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.
4. Spoon the warm chicken Alfredo over the chips, then sprinkle evenly with shredded mozzarella.
5. Scatter the diced tomatoes and sliced olives over the top.
6. Bake for 8–12 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
7. Remove from the oven and finish with chopped green onions. Serve immediately while hot.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken and store-bought Alfredo for a quicker version.
Add jalapeños or red pepper flakes if you want more heat.
Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be reheated in the oven to maintain crispiness.
