Description

Chicken Alfredo Cheese Bombs are golden, air-fried stuffed biscuits filled with creamy Alfredo sauce, tender chicken, and melted mozzarella, finished with garlic butter and Parmesan.

Ingredients

1 tube refrigerated country-style biscuits (10 biscuits)

1/2 cup Alfredo sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup diced, cooked chicken

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

1. Open the biscuit tube and separate the dough into individual biscuits.

2. Working with one biscuit at a time, gently roll or press it into a 4-inch circle.

3. Spoon about 2 teaspoons of Alfredo sauce into the center of the dough. Top with 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella and about 1 tablespoon of diced chicken.

4. Carefully pull the edges of the dough up and over the filling. Pinch the seams tightly to seal, forming a ball.

5. Place the filled biscuits seam-side down in the air fryer basket, leaving about 1/2 inch of space between each one.

6. Air fry at 320°F for 7–9 minutes, or until the biscuits are puffed and golden brown.

7. In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and dried oregano.

8. Brush the hot biscuit bombs with melted butter, then sprinkle the Parmesan mixture evenly over the tops. Serve warm.

Notes

Do not overfill the biscuits to prevent leaking.

Ensure seams are tightly sealed before air frying.

Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
