Description

Chicken Alfredo Biscuit Cups combine tender chicken, creamy Alfredo sauce, and melted mozzarella inside flaky biscuit dough. Perfect for quick dinners or party appetizers.


Ingredients

1 can (8-count) jumbo refrigerated flaky biscuits

2 cups cooked chicken, diced

2 cups Alfredo sauce

8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into small squares or slices


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a standard muffin tin (16 cups).

2. Separate each biscuit and split in half horizontally to create 16 rounds.

3. Press one biscuit round into each muffin cavity, shaping up the sides.

4. Spoon 1 tablespoon Alfredo sauce into each cup.

5. Add diced chicken evenly over sauce.

6. Top with another tablespoon of Alfredo sauce.

7. Place a piece of mozzarella inside each cup.

8. Bake 12–16 minutes until golden brown.

9. Cool 5–10 minutes before removing and serve warm.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.

Allow cups to cool slightly before removing from pan.

Reheat leftovers in oven to maintain crisp texture.
