Description
Creamy one-pot pasta made with ranch-seasoned chicken, cheese, and tender penne.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 ounce dry ranch seasoning mix
8 ounces penne pasta, uncooked
3 ½ cups chicken broth
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Toss shredded chicken with ranch seasoning and set aside.
2. Add broth, pasta, and chicken to a pot and stir.
3. Bring to a gentle boil, then simmer covered until pasta is tender.
4. Stir in cream cheese until creamy.
5. Add cheddar and turkey bacon, stirring until smooth.
6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Stir frequently near the end to prevent sticking. Add extra broth if sauce thickens too much.
