Description
Cheesy Ranch Chicken Bombs are fluffy biscuit bites stuffed with creamy ranch chicken and cheddar, baked until golden and irresistible.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, finely chopped or shredded
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons ranch seasoning, divided
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup shredded cheese for topping
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
2. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a round.
3. Place filling in the center of each round. Pull edges up and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on lined baking sheet.
4. Mix melted butter with remaining ranch seasoning. Brush over bombs and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
5. Bake at 375°F for 15–18 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Finely chop chicken for easier sealing.
Do not overfill to prevent leaking.
Reheat leftovers in oven for best texture.
