Description

Cheesy Ranch Chicken Bombs are fluffy biscuit bites stuffed with creamy ranch chicken and cheddar, baked until golden and irresistible.

Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, finely chopped or shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

3 tablespoons ranch seasoning, divided

2 tablespoons chopped green onions

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1/2 cup shredded cheese for topping

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.

2. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a round.

3. Place filling in the center of each round. Pull edges up and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on lined baking sheet.

4. Mix melted butter with remaining ranch seasoning. Brush over bombs and sprinkle with shredded cheese.

5. Bake at 375°F for 15–18 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Finely chop chicken for easier sealing.

Do not overfill to prevent leaking.

Reheat leftovers in oven for best texture.
