Ingredients
2 (8-count) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1/4 cup finely chopped pepperoncini peppers (optional)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and pepperoncini until smooth. Fold in cheddar cheese.
3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Arrange in a circular sun pattern with wide ends overlapping in the center.
4. Spoon chicken mixture evenly over overlapping dough to form a ring.
5. Fold pointed ends over filling and tuck underneath inner edge.
6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
7. Rest for 5 minutes, slice into 16 pieces, and serve warm.
Notes
Ensure chicken is not overly moist to prevent soggy dough.
You can prepare the filling a day ahead and refrigerate before assembling.
Reheat leftovers in the oven for best texture.
