Description
Cheesy Chicken Stuffed Biscuits combine tender chicken, creamy cheese sauce, and fluffy baked biscuit dough into an easy comfort meal.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup milk
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 (16-ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking sheet.
2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat and whisk in flour, salt, and pepper.
3. Slowly add milk and cook until thickened.
4. Stir in chicken and cheese, then cool slightly.
5. Separate and flatten biscuits.
6. Add filling to center of each biscuit.
7. Seal dough around filling.
8. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
9. Bake 22–25 minutes until golden.
10. Cool briefly before serving.
Notes
Do not overfill the biscuits to prevent leaking. Reheat leftovers in the oven for best texture.
