Description

Cheesy Chicken Nacho Cups are crispy baked wonton shells filled with seasoned chicken, black beans, and melted cheese, then topped with fresh tomato, cilantro, sour cream, and jalapeño.


Ingredients

12 wonton wrappers

1 cup cooked shredded chicken

1 tablespoon taco seasoning

1/3 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

1/4 cup cheese sauce

3/4 cup shredded Mexican-style cheese blend

1/3 cup finely chopped tomato

1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro

2 tablespoons sour cream

1 jalapeño, thinly sliced

Cooking spray


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and coat a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray. Press wonton wrappers into each cup.

2. Bake wrappers for 7–8 minutes until lightly golden.

3. Mix shredded chicken with taco seasoning.

4. Fill each cup with chicken, black beans, cheese sauce, and shredded cheese.

5. Bake another 7–8 minutes until cheese is melted.

6. Top with tomato, cilantro, sour cream, and jalapeño before serving.

Notes

Pre-bake the wonton wrappers to keep them crisp.

Add fresh toppings just before serving for best texture.

Store filling and shells separately if making ahead.
