Description
Warm, flaky crescent dough wrapped around a creamy filling of shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, cheddar, and tangy pepperoncini. Perfect as a party appetizer or easy dinner centerpiece.
Ingredients
2 (8-count) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
8–10 pepperoncini, finely chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. In a bowl combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, chopped pepperoncini, and cheddar cheese until creamy.
3. Unroll crescent dough and arrange triangles in a circle with wide ends overlapping and points facing outward.
4. Spoon chicken mixture around the inner circle of dough.
5. Bring each dough tip over the filling and tuck underneath the center.
6. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
7. Rest 5 minutes before slicing into 16 pieces and serving.
Notes
Rotisserie chicken works perfectly for this recipe.
Allow the ring to rest before slicing so the filling sets slightly.
Serve with ranch dressing or garlic aioli for dipping.
