Description

Cheesy Chicken Alfredo Sliders made with seasoned chicken, creamy Alfredo sauce, melted mozzarella, and turkey bacon baked on soft sweet rolls until golden.

Ingredients

12 sweet slider rolls

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into small cubes

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

15 ounces Alfredo sauce

1/4 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

2. If needed, cook the turkey bacon according to package directions until crisp. Let cool, then crumble and set aside.

3. Cut the chicken breasts into small, even cubes for quick and even cooking.

4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cubed chicken and season with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir well and cook for 6–8 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and is no longer pink in the center.

5. Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms intact as a sheet if possible. Place the bottom halves in a baking dish.

6. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese evenly over the bottom rolls. Layer the cooked chicken on top, then drizzle with Alfredo sauce. Add the remaining mozzarella cheese and sprinkle the crumbled turkey bacon over the top.

7. Place the top halves of the rolls over the filling.

8. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder and dried parsley. Brush the mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.

9. Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden. Serve warm with extra Alfredo sauce on the side if desired.

Notes

For best results, slice the rolls as a sheet to keep the sliders intact while baking.

You can assemble the sliders ahead of time and refrigerate before baking.

Reheat leftovers in the oven at 325°F to maintain texture.
