4 ounces burrata, patted dry

Grilled bread, fresh basil, additional salt and pepper for serving
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the cherry tomatoes on a small baking sheet and season with salt and sugar. Drizzle with olive oil.

Roast for about 20 minutes, or until the tomatoes are softened and lightly caramelized. Set aside to cool slightly.
